THE NATHAN HALE WELLNESS PANTRY
There is a clear and direct need for more quality, nutritious food for this region’s low-income individuals and families.The Nathan Hale Veterans Outreach Centers offers TWO Wellness Pantries to help these families supplement their weekly groceries.
Veterans clients of Nathan Hale (download our application on our APPLICATION FORMS page) as well as citizens who fill out an application (at the center )are welcome to use our Wellness Pantry during the operation of our centers.
Requirements to visit the pantry are outlined on the application (see below) and in our Mission Statement(also below).
PLEASE NOTE: New Form For Assistance MUST BE COMPLETED BY ALL CLIENTS USING THE FOOD PANTRY.
You will need to fill out the form below and present it to a Nathan Hale Representative with a picture I.D.
Stay tuned to this page to learn of new procedures being impelmented to our Food Pantry.
As of Monday May 7,2012 everyone usingthe Food Pantry will have to resubmit forms and documentation.
