To schedule an appointment:

Call 508-747-2003 TWO WEEKS in advance of your appointment to schedule transportation with us.
- Provide us with a copy of your DD214, Military ID, VA Health card.
We will need to know :
WHERE your appointment is.
WHAT TIME your appoinment is scheduled.
PLEASE NOTE:
Veterans using the Nathan Hale Veterans Outreach
Services for transportation are NOT PERMITTED TO and
have never been allowed to FILE FOR TRAVEL
VOUCHERS or ANY OTHER TYPE OF TRAVEL
COMPENSATION PROVIDED BY DVS OR ANY OTHER
PROVIDER.
The Nathan Hale Veterans Outreach Centers has
ALWAYS provided FREE services to our Veterans.
